The complexity of work in State Agencies continues to accelerate, as the need to increase productivity while producing budget savings pressures committed teams. Teaching teams tools to improve processes and work more efficiently is now an organizational imperative.
In “Business Process Improvement 101” teams will:
Learn how and when to utilize (8) process improvement tools (including affinity diagrams, cause and effect analysis, flow charts, and force field analysis).
Be given a change management road map of what to expect throughout process improvement, including evidence-based methods of employee motivation, and how to combat employee “push back.”
Receive insight on how adult and generational learning theory can significantly impact employee performance as drivers for greater process improvement.
Team work, plenary and interactive case study sessions will provide opportunities to facilitate significant improvement efforts immediately following the training session.
